The ernakulam tourism promotion council thinks to starts a deep sea fishing cruise from kochi ( the queen of Arabian sea ) on board the vessels. The department completed , the preliminary survey , on the possibility of adventure tourism in kochi . if this report come into action, the tourists can enjoy the fishing process and huge ships, on the international sea route. A group of 10 tourists can travel hundreds of nautical miles from coast.
The council may start first day trip on November first.

Bhoothathankettu is a beautiful tourist destination located 50 km north east of Ernakulam district in kerala. The literal meaning of bhoothathan kettu is “ monster dam” . This dam is across the periyar river. Bhoothathankettu dam is situated in Pindimana village . it is about 10 km away from kothmangalam .
