I don’t think that there is anyone without a desire to travel. Tour takes us to , new experiences, new destinations, new habits, tastes and customs. Nowadays, there is a change in the concept of travel. Harking back, men travelled in search of , backwaters , beaches, hill stations, nature forests etc. But off late, people travel to get an experience. Men experience the different cultures, love to climb mountains, live in home stays, wish to take part in local festivals etc. This paradigm shift in tourism relates Tourism and National Integration. When tourism improves mutual respect and understanding, it leads to j integration. Tourism is in fact an unifying factor for societies. It’s a mutual benefit for host as well as guest. Kerala, God’s own country, handled about 100 lakh domestic tourists and about 8 lakhs foreign tourists in 2014. The more you explore about others, the more you understand about them and their ways oil life Every Malayali knows that tourism will boost the state’s income and name and hence would be free, fair and helpful to the visitors, cementing tolerance and national integration.
